First off, id like to thank the guys at danger den for building me my dream case, its amazingly well built, perfect cuts, tons of extra hardware and a great design
the principle idea of this case (or at least for me) is to separate the wires and components from the motherboard, ATX cases are retarded in that they clutter all sorts of crap around the motherboard, both ruining aesthetics and airflow as well as the HORIZONTAL design of the motherboard, i dont know about you guys, but i think its CRAZY to put heatsinks on these verticle motherboards when they weigh so much and are so tall (fulcrum affect = it puts even more stress on the mobo then it weighs!!!) this case features 5 120mm fan holes, room for 4 HDDs and 2 5.25 bay mounts please ignore all the blue tape, im doing a lot of testing to determine if anything can be done do further increase the cooling efficiency (though so far the CPU and mobo are cooled MORE than they were for the past week sitting on my desk in open air w/ the same fans blowing on it) you may think that the graphics card completly messes up the airflow, but it doesnt first off, rate my cables, or maybe i should call it wheres cable-o, or find the cables ![]() next a quick shot of the HDD cooling, a dedicated 120mm fan for them, using the PSU side mounted to exhaust the air ![]() an overview of the case: ![]() two 120mm fans for intake by the heatsink, 2 120mm fans on the otherside for exhaust, im sure a lot are thinking "zomg that GFX card will totally block your airflow", FYI air disturbance is GOOD you dont want all your air being tunneled across one path, that forms hotspots in your case a side shot, showing how eay it is to manage cableing even on the bottom side where it doesnt even matter ![]() shot showing one of the other 120mm holes which will provide intake air directly to the ram sinks ![]() ![]() more pics in a couple weeks when i have it setup completly

first the case doesnt really need it, its not like the ATX plexiglass cases that have a lot of diffusion and clutter from mounting points and such, this case has minimal clutter and is made up of a lots more plain un-altered clear polycarbonate (not sure if that made any sense) second, one of the main points of the case is to have as little disorder as possible, adding lights would just increase cludder and such

how bout replacing the fans with led fans? thermaltake thunderblades add a splash of color with out losing too much airflow(rated at 78cfm i believe).

i equate LEDS and lightbars to civics w/ fartcans and body kits, where as this case to a well tuned car that lets it speak for itself

A few Red LED's to set the mood hehh, meh to each his own. I don't overdue it but I just hide a cathode so I can illuminate my reactive coolant. Just a light blue.

Yea, no real places to "hide" any LED/cold cathodes in an all-clear case, hehe. I like the look, can't wait to see some numbers/pics from your benchmarks!
