Question Need Simple Advice- where to put my new fan?

Well actually its not a new fan I took it out of an old computer but it pulls air and doesn't seem that loud so I'm going to throw it in.
Here's a paint of my rig with fans on it.

The blue intake fan is the new one I plan to put in. Is this good or should I make either the top or rear exhaust fans into an intake fan, and make the front one exhaust?
However this probably isn't a good idea because my X-Crusier Case has the door on the front which is usually closed so it wont really let air out.
Can anybody tell me if this is a good setup or what I should change about it.

Actually since I have the X-Cruiser I can just take out the funnel thingy (forgot what its called) and put a fan there, but then the wires would be ugly and everything I open it I'd have to be careful about the fan. Either way The funnel is right over my CPU so it helps enough.
