I'll start with mine...

I have had this case for the past 6 years. Cut the windows out at that time and added the water system in the last 2 months.

Its not a huge modded case, but I like it...

"S-Video" out on VGA card to S-video to RCA converter (Radio Shack about $10) into Video in on a car entertainment video monitor.
