So I've been trying to find more information on the 120mm case fans that came with my X500. I am unable to find the specifics so I can compare and find better fans, that are still quiet and give me the same/better performance. I know that could simply be asked.. what fan is the best fan I could get, right? Well.. These fans are very quiet but appear to pull the same air that my 250's did in my previous case ( yay).
IF I were to get led fans, they would have to be green, but I am liking the darkness of the black fans at the moment. Too much blue in my last case.

2nd, I am wanting to add a mod or two but I have few ideas. I'm hoping for a little aid on small, subtle changes. I like the simple black and sleek look of the case so I don't want to kill that. More of making small additions that tweek and improve upon the simplicity of it. I've seen a lot of great mods here in this thread, but some mean 'hurting' my case

Any ideas are appreciated. I will have some time this afternoon/evening to take some detail shots of my rig and how it is setup atm to help with the visuals. Thanks

I don't know what case fans you have with the case either. Is there any amp rating on them (this can often, but not always help us see how good a fan is). If you want some great airflow but don't want too much nose I recommend the Zalman ZM-F3. These are getting hard to get hold of, but are silent at 7v and move alot of air at 12v with a little noise.

As for mods, I'm going to go against the grain and say there are few I actually like (unless done professionally). My favourite mods are generally lasercut side panels, but these aren't for everyone.

Can i play here too? Ive bought Lian Li PC-A7010 Black Aluminum Full Tower Case w/ SATA Hotswap but i have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery, damnit. It was $379AU, very cheap for AU.
Currently using antec900, it pisses me off so much. i really didnt do enough homework before i bought that one. the Lian should see me thru several genrations of pcs now. Im really sick of buying a case every 2 years. wasted money. they get really rusty here from salt spray.
