ummm..F.E.A.D, I wouldn't reccomend using WD40 for fans, its not a lubricant, it just cleans off corrosion, You are better off using some 3-in-1 oil.

Ya id call them first if they want the dead fan first and you pay shipping might as well buy a new fan off newegg could get a faster one for close to what you will pay in shipping.

What you could do is try starting it up manually by spinning it with your finger. Yes this has been said before, but my fan stopped spinning a week after I built my comp. I found the easiest solution was to crank it up with a screwdriver through the top of the vent. Try spinning both ways. It could be enough to crank up the motor or whatever.
