Is a quiet case really necessary? I happen to love the fact that I turned all my fans to high, including my 3870s to 100%, and my case roars like a jet. I would like to think that the louder your case is, the cooler the components are.

I don't know the exact dB levels but I'd say its around 55-60 dB.

So, I've had the case for nearly 2 years and other than my hdd its literally the only part in my system I haven't replaced in the last 5 months.

I'm looking for something quieter, that I could leave on at night with only the slight sounds of air moving in and out of the case.

My friend has an Antec Sonata 3, but he literally overheated his ram once at stock settings so I think I'm going to pass.

I can get a pretty decent looking Raidmax Sagitta 2 locally from a guy who must have gotten a bulk deal or something, because they've been sitting in his store for months, and when you factor out the shipping and the fact that its a 5 minute bus ride its a pretty good deal, but some personal opinions would be nice.

Otherwise I'm looking at under $100 from NCIX.
