I'm looking to replace my current case, because, well its too loud! The closest match I could find is http://www.dansdata.com/icute0301.htm, its very similar, but I only have the side, top, and 2 front fans to go along with my HD 3850, Antec Vcool and Zalman CNPS7000-Cu.
I don't know the exact dB levels but I'd say its around 55-60 dB. So, I've had the case for nearly 2 years and other than my hdd its literally the only part in my system I haven't replaced in the last 5 months. I'm looking for something quieter, that I could leave on at night with only the slight sounds of air moving in and out of the case. My friend has an Antec Sonata 3, but he literally overheated his ram once at stock settings so I think I'm going to pass. I can get a pretty decent looking Raidmax Sagitta 2 locally from a guy who must have gotten a bulk deal or something, because they've been sitting in his store for months, and when you factor out the shipping and the fact that its a 5 minute bus ride its a pretty good deal, but some personal opinions would be nice. Otherwise I'm looking at under $100 from NCIX.

Why don't you look at making your current system silent. You can do so through fan controlers and a quit power supply.

Generally speaking, most cases aren't inherently noisy. It's your case fans that are usually the cause of any noise, although sometimes you can get vibrations from components like case fans, hard drives, and anything else that moves, especially the power supply if you're using a stock one of those. If you're sure the case is the problem and not anything else, for less than $100 and assuming silence is the #1 priority, I'd probably pick up the NZXT Hush for out-of-the-box silence and decent performance, or the Cooler Master RC690 if you plan on adding your own case fans.

Its not the case thats the problem, the fans are all pretty quiet, but it seems to be amplifying the sound inside.

Is a quiet case really necessary? I happen to love the fact that I turned all my fans to high, including my 3870s to 100%, and my case roars like a jet. I would like to think that the louder your case is, the cooler the components are.

Coolermaster 690 can be had for under $50 shipped if you wait for a good deal. (got mine for $35 shipped after MIR) You can use the extra money for good 140mm fans (It supports 2 top and 2 side) and 120mm fans (supports 1 bottom, 1 front, and 1 rear)
Side note: The 140mm fan slots also support 120mm fans if you don't want to go 140mm for some reason. Jab-tech has good 120mm and 140mm fans, I suggest Yate Loon.

Try isolating exactly what components are making the noise. Then see about de-coupling them from the case with vibration dampers.
