i need another intake fan to put on the side of one of the vents on my lanbox and it needs to be 92mm. it needs to blow a descent amount of air, not a ridiculous amount, and needs to be quiet or dead silent. I just need it to blow some cool air on my ram and cpu hs.

The Arctic Cooling AF9225 should fit your needs perfectly. It's cheap, dead silent (it's the same fan used on the Freezer 7 Pro, just in a more standard frame), should last a long time, and does a good job of cooling.
