i hope ur getting rid of those 90deg bends on ur system. now for that sawed off pice. man that'll be hard. a piece of aluminium riveted so it covers up that cut would be my suggestion.

I said before in an earlier post that is not my setup that is the previous owners and he mangled the case. I just need to make it purty again as it is an awe inspiring case IRL.

Clean up the edges, and weld a piece of aluminum into that gap. Sand it down so its flush and flat, and then paint the interior of the case
