Today I spent a solid 5-6 hours on bringing my sig rig to this case, and I ended up being pretty annoyed with the amount of sound that I can hear. Its just as loud as my old case..
What is causing all this noise? I am using all three Antec fans that came with the case, all of which are on the low setting. They are Antec TriCool fans. Are these known to be loud fans? Do I have loud hardware? I eliminated my 8800GT as being the cause: I played around with it's fan speed to check. I am open to any suggestions at this point, any info is appreciated.

More than likely it is your CPU fan. Being that it is at the top of the case right below the top case fan. With that gaping hole there the sound from the CPU fan is easily audible.
__________________My Zalman 9500 makes plenty of noise and I can hear it over everything else. I would assume the 120 on your Tuniq isn't as bad as the 92mm fan on my Zalman, but I guess it's enough to bug you. A friend of mine bought some after-market fans for his P182 and it is astonishingly quiet. We actually gave his computer case to my grandpa in a recent build and I could not figure out for the life of me why his case was so quiet and mine was so loud! Even when you turn the fans up to high mine sounds like a helicopter and his was dead silent in comparison. Well, I found out that he had replaced the case fans with some much quieter versions. So bottom line is #1 see what speed your Tuniq fan is running and lower it if it bothers you. #2, replace the case fans with quieter, more high performance fans if the Tuniq doesn't solve your problem.

All case fans are currently set to low. The dial for my Tuniq's fan is all the way down to low. Could the Tuniq's fan still be making that much noise?

i recently did something similar.. moved my PC from an antec 900 to an antec P182.. it's fairly loud, but i'm sure that has a lot to do with the fact that i pulled out the 3 tricool fans and installed 5 110CFM scythes running full speed at 1900RPM.

with that many fans, you can't expect it to be completely silent. no case you can ever buy with 4 fans in it, no matte what you put in will be completely silent.
try turning them on one after another. unplug them all. boot. listen. turn the rig off. plug one fan. boot listen. turn the rig off. turn another fan on... etc
