Default Is it ok to use black electrical tape for cable management?

My A900 came in today and so far I have been using some electrical tape to hold some wires in position... is it ok to do that? It is holding them pretty well :P

Perfectly ok. Everyone does that. That's why it's called electrical tape.

After a while, the tape will leave a sticky residue that will be a pain to clean off.

OMG SHOPLIFTER!!!! GET HIM!!!

If you can find some velcro ties, they are the best way to go. Reusable, and cheap.

I had a bunch of twisty ties but since I moved cases I don't have much left... basically I'm using the tape to keep the wires from flailing around and keeping then to the back of the mobo tray. +rep to all who answered so damn quickly :P

Just be careful with the ones that are metal wire between paper layers.

To clean the residue which will inevitably be left when you pull off the tape, you can use nail polish remover or WD40 or rubbing alcohol

Quick question, can I plug a 4pin molex connector into my fan and then plug another fan into the fan that is connected to the 4pin molex?
