Default Recommendations for a small case

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, small case? It's not a HTPC, its just for a normal person using a few parts I have left over.

Ideally, I'm looking for low profile expansion slots and an ATX form factor. Cooling should not really be an issue because the person using this isn't going to overclock (she thinks that you turn a computer off by turning the screen off) and noise reduction is probably more important.

Thanks

Of course, cheaper is better. That said, I would like it if anyone posted whatever and I can judge the price later once I have a few options.

I don't really care about looks, something plain and dark would be nice (preferably not beige).

I'm having trouble even finding anything with low profile expansion slots.

Something like this would be good but this particular one is BTX (though I can probably fix that with a drill and some standoffs - depending on what "Micro BTX is like") It will be in the tower orientation but a desktop case that can be put on its side like this one would be fine too. Ideally not a desktop case though because this doesn't need to take any weight.

The A05 and A06 seem to be even thicker than normal cases. I'm more interested in a thin case than a short case that is going in the direction of a cube.
