I have an AM2 system I'm building for my brother and I need a small case to fit it in. (Mobo will most likely be mATX, no video card, 1 hdd, 1 DVD-RW). My budget is around 30 bucks for the case. The smaller the better!!!

I have one kikn around at home, ill see if I can find it. Dont know how much is going to be the shipping on it to usa, but you could have the case for $5+ship.
Its a matx case.. and super small... like... SUPER small. Its big enough to fit the board. and I think one optical drive. Has a door you can open Kinda neat case. maybe you should place this in the 'wanted' section of the forsale/wanted area though?

I just spent all last week looking for exactly what you are asking for.
The top 5 candidates were: Rosewill R218-P-BK - Standard sized midtower, but it's very well built and very cheap. Casedge Micro-ATX Desktop case - looks like crap but its the same height as PCI cards. Maxtop CSX-101B - uses half height cards so its very slim Casetronic CS-4117 - looks better than the casedge, but you need your own SFX PSU Powmax 3304 - needs an SFX PSU as well I think the Casedge and Powmax look like crap, but I wasn't much interested in looks. Figured I'd just let you know what I found. I ended up going with both the rosewill and something similar to the Maxtop which I can't find for sale anymore (but it had the same dimensions and structure).
