im thinking of doing a mod and want to see what people think o have an antec 1200 and a fan controller at my top slot. under it i had a cd/dvd drive. now i did all my wiring and run tubes the case to make everything look clean and let air get through. the only problem now is my cd/dvd dive wont fit.

my plan for the mod is to get a slimline sony slot loading drive mount it in and put a the the drive cover back on and cut a nice whole to fit cds and put some nice edging on it. the only problem come across so far is the eject button. and if it will look good. im defiantly going for it but just want some options from antec 1200 owners.

im going to use very slim door molding for the whole in the fron for cd/dvds.should work if not going to get grommet edging from performancepcs

What are you guys generally choosing for your case door fan? Do you use the extra internal bay fan as well? I just finished sleeving all my cables so I should get pictures up soon.

first off i havent recieved my 1200 yet. been waiting for all the parts for my new build for almost a week now due to public holidays (and im new to this thread, been oc my p4 for years but time to upgrade!). for the door fans im going to leave them because i believe they are 79CFM (IF I AM WRONG PLEASE ADVISE). latter i might remove the leds in the fans and replace them with uv leds. some of the cases in this thread that use those cathode uv tubes look pretty **** hot, but im planning on using only leds to cut down on start up current(2X 3amp deltas + all the stock fans make for huge starting power draw). theres alot of pages in this thread to read through can someone save me some time and point me to some photos of a case that uses UV LEDs not tubes
