So what are you doing about the useless fan on the case door due to your use of a TRUE? I have an idea I am going to try, but I'm curious if others have found a different solution.

I have nothing there right now. I could make one fit if I took a dremel to it but have no desire to do that.

I had no issue using a TRUE and a 25mm thick 120mm door fan with the antec 1200.
You have to align the TRUE horizontally and you can't use 38mm wide fans on the bottom of the TRUE.

If you look at the mesh hole for the fan (which basically outlines the blade profile), it doesn't actually touch the TRUE so as long as the fan is circular it should fit. My solution is to use a 120mm to 92mm adapter and then use a 92mm fan. It might also be possible to use a 120mmx20mm fan, but I'm not going to buy one just to test that out.
