Silverstone's customer service(email support) sucks, I am trying to get a new top panel for my Kublai, I emailed them Friday, still not so much as a response. I realize monday was a holiday for some, but still, I have never waited this long with anyone else.

Personally, I don't think it's really fair to say their customer service sucks when you sent an e-mail on a Friday before a possible long holiday.

Chances are you'll never get a response. From what i've heard they have Euro/US offices that merely forward questions and RMA requests to their HQ is Asia.

Trying not to be prejudice or discriminatory, i have found businesses located primarily in Asia don't usually respond to email unless it is absolutely necessary.
