Awesome dude. Hey where do you find someone to finish the case? I was to add black anodizing finish to mine and have no idea where to look for someone to do it. Also, what was your decision to powdercoat it and not anodize it?

Thanks

I think this is what you want to read, from one of the later pages (about finding someone to do it, I'm not sure what he based his decisions on):

It was easy for me, I have a local guy that I've been dealing with, did the coating for my engine parts and wheels for a project car I was working on. He does excellent work. If you live in the tri state area I would recommend him. Check out his gallery at:

http://www.trgcoating.com/
As for myself there's a local shop that sells parts, whole systems, laptops, and modifies cases. So again it depends on your location. Mine is flat black with an anodized finish so it's a sort of in-between and it works well aside from scratch resistance, but then the outside stock finish is the same way.

EDIT: Club now official! Thanks, prosser13.

I saw that on CoolerMaster's forum some time ago, and it is the epitome of awesome for what you can do to the case, aside from the water loop used (unless I've just not looked for anything better...).

Yeah if I could buy it like that (for a reasonable price), I'd get it in a heartbeat

I own an ATCS840 in silver but I just placed an order for the black ATCS840 w/ side window for my in-progress i7 triple-SLI GTX285 build w/ EVGA x58 E759 Classified modo and (hopefully) dual water loop (one for processor and one for gfx).

Right now my current silver ATCS840 is housing my Gigabyte x48, QX6800 Extreme build.

But I can snap some either tonight or tomorrow morning for ya. ^_^

Wow, I joined this forum in August 2007 and my first post was the one before this... Guess I just didn't have anything worth saying until now, lol.
