Default Help picking a case, Antec 1200 Vs. Cosmos S

Hey guys I was almost set on buying the Antec 1200 when I saw the Cosmos 1000 and Cosmos S. What do you guys think is the best case to get? What is the main difference between the two Cosmos and which one would you reccomend? I am putting together a desktop later on this year so I want to make sure there is plenty of room and cooling inside of the case. The main things I'm looking for in a case:
1. Cooling
2. Low fan noise
3. Looks

Here's whats going inside the case:

CPU:Intel i7 920 (gonna try to overclock to 4.0 Ghz)
CPU Cooler: True Ultra 120 Black
Motherboard: Asus Rampage 2 Extreme
Memory: 6Gb DDR3 Corsair Dominator 1600 Mhz
HDD: 300 GB Western Digital Velociraptor 10,000 RPM's (Raid 0)
GPU: ATI Radeon HD4870 X2
PSU: Corsair HX1000W

Thanks ahead of time any input greatly appreciated

The Antec 1200 should be fine. It's very big, has lots of room on the inside, and is one of the best for air cooling. All the case fans come with fan controllers and are pretty quiet.

Since I find the day to be generally noisier, the fans are pretty quiet, but at night, when the house is silent, and the case is in your bedroom (~8 feet away) and you're trying to sleep, you'll notice the fan noise.

Unless you plan to keep the computer running overnight often/every day in the bedroom, the Antec 1200 should be great.

Looks will be dependent upon your tastes. I know one of the Cooler Master Cosmos cases come with sound dampening material, but I'm not sure how effective it is.

Obviously, since I have the Cosmos S, I would recommend it. I wouldn't recommend the 1000, I've heard there are some issues with airflow, but others will help you decide that one. I've heard good things about the Antec too, but the layout of the S just works better for me, plus I have a radiator in the top of mine.

I can't really comment much on fan noise with the S, I'm watercooling. I can't hear anything from my computer unless I put my ear physically on it...though I do have 7 fans, they don't need to turn fast when the whole front, the side, and the entire top are mesh.

-Aesthetically, the Cosmos has a great design. Performance wise, it has a good cable management, good airflow, and is ready for water cooling and other upgrades.

-The Antec 1200 is crafted for enthusiasts, where there is great emphasis maximum airflow. It also has great cable management and the cooling fans are outstanding with velocity controls. It is also water cooling ready.

IMHO, I would go for the Antec's 1200, it has a nice black interior and is one of the best casing options for best temps. The Cosmos is no doubt and excellent and good looking case but I prefer Antec's approach to PC cases.

I've heard issues with the COSMOS 1000 having airflow issues when it comes to the HD caddies. They removed this from the Cosmos S.

Cosmos S IMO looks better.

Antec 1200 is great for airflow. Fans depends on what you put in it :P

Stock fans aren't the most quiet fans. On the side of the Antec, their tri-cools can run quiet. Cooler Master, no experience.

I think you hit the nail on the head with the last sentence. They really are so close performance-wise that I think it boils down to which appeals to you more visually. My favorite part of the Cosmos cases are the bars on the bottom; not just because I like the way they look, but also it brings the case up further off the surface to draw in cooler air. That was my rationale, anyway.

If your going to keep the stock fans. The Antec 1200
If you plan on replacing stock fans or watercooling in the future the Cosmos S.

Agreed. My 1200 is fantastic, but the fans can be a little loud (have to run them all high with my 7 drives).
