Here is the first panel painted... I'm not super happy with it. Might sand it off and do it over.

I am considering sanding it off and doing it over. When I do, I might fill those in by attaching a thin sheet of metal on the inside and then body fill on the holes...

You just gave me an idea of a good way to fill in those fan grill holes. I have a Xig 1283 and a fan in the bottom of my CM 690 so I don't have a fan on the side cover and want the side cover sealed. If only to block sound a little.

I will, going to be a few days @ least because of it raining or snowing this week & right now I'm not somewhere w/ a garage. I use bodyfiller/bondo inside, but I try to limit painting inside.
I figure when I fill the fan grill holes I will clean it then repaint it. Might take another whack @ using primer under the paint. I used primer on my side covers only, because I didn't like the way it came out, maybe I used too much, but when I painted the interior of my case it was better w/o primer.
