I was asking if it was possible to get one in a form factor that will fit in his case, since he cannot get a new case because of the motherboard.

I'll look at the c521's at work tomorrow and see if I can determine if it's a regular SFX PSU. If you can fit a SFX PSU in there then you'll have little trouble finding a better one.
