hi welcome to ocn nice to see another New Zealander around here i suggest if you dont want to cut holes just run the cables are the edges of the case so they are hidden
now what is the reason you want to do cable management is it because you want airflow or you just want to make it look cool?

well you really should have spent a little more on the case mut anyway what you should do is just use tape or cable ties and make the cables go around the edges of the case so they don't get in the way of anything like the fans heatsink ect. so just amke the cables take the edges

I think if you drilled a couple of holes in the MB tray you could definitely clean up that bad boy. Just a matter of modding it but that takes ambition
