Go to newegg.com click on computer cases and on the list beside it will say
Motherboard Compatibility atx/micro atx/eATX so if it says micro atx beside it means it supports it. Or click on a case then look under the specifications.

What is your budget for everything? I think the Antec 300 is your best choice and yes your motherboard is mATX so you don't have to worry about that BTX crap.

Sorry, I didn't see the fact that he was getting a new motherboard. I would definitely go with an Antec 300 over the Mini P180 as it forces you to stay with mATX, if you haven't gotten a new board yet I would go for a full ATX board and grab the Antec 300 and a few fans

Well it will do for just a motherboard, but I'm pretty certain it's overclocking capabilities are hindered.

I would save up $50 and grab a P45 board or this.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813128380R

It may be open box, but it would be better in the long run.

Its an OK motherboard but if you can find a P45 I would go with that, what CPU do you have? That board should be good for 400FSB or more with a dual, good luck with your build either way

EDIT> The board listed above would be a great board and most of the time open box motherboards come with most of the accessories

Not really. It has it's purposes, but not necessary. Either way you can buy that separately. More than likely it will have the I/O shield though.
