Default NZXT Tempest User Community[56K No][Unofficial]

Welcome to the NZXT Tempest User Community!
For Overclock.net

So, right now, you might be asking yourself:
What does the Tempest offer you, as an overclocker?

Well, here are some of the strongest features on this case.

Internal Watercooling: The NZXT Tempest is pre-drilled for mounting a dual 120mm radiator at the top of the chassis.
Maximum Airflow: Dual 120mm intake, Dual 140mm Exhaust with an additional side 120mm fan and rear 120mm fan all included. (Blue LED stock fans.)
Big, but not too big: The Tempest offers E-ATX support and allows compatibility with high end components including the largest of video cards. All while still being a mid-tower sized case.
Holy hard drives, Batman: Up to eight 3.5" HDD's can be installed in this case at once (four per HDD cage) while still maintaining strong airflow.
Cable-management, no problem: The Tempest features pre-drilled holes next to where the motherboard will be mounted, and the case controls (Power, Reset, twin USB, mic & headphone, and eSATA) are on the top of the case for better ease of access.
Go big or go home: The bottom mounted PSU location allows this case to use the longest of PSU's without conflicting with case structure or airflow. It can also be mounted upsidedown or rightsideup in the bottom of the case.
Dust? Not in here: The NZXT Tempest comes with removable dust filters on the intake fans, so your hardware looks brand new for many more months to come.

*For more information, and a wealth of review links about this case, please see the product page.

Personally, I think that this case is severely underrated.
It offers many full-size case features without being as large as a full-size case.
All for a great price, this case is much cheaper than it's fullsize cousins and offers more features the midtowers.
The air flow on this case is fantastic with it's 6 fans, but with included dust
filters it doesn't get dust on all of your pretty and expensive hardware.
Cable management is mediocre at stock, I admit.
But with a modders spirit, this case can come alive.
This case can also watercool internally by mounting the radiator on the top,
but if you have tall RAM, you might not be able to fit some of the wider radiators.
All that aside, it's still a very good case. Enjoy some pictures of mine..

Very nice Tempest! I love what you have done.. it's like mine (but I didn't paint my interior yet) except red. The black paint and the lines of the case reminded me of a stealth fighter, and your cable management is superb.

Stuck between this or a 1200.. I just don't like the square-ish design of the 1200.. this case is really sleek.

friendly bump for epic cases..
