ok, well I lied - I ended up ordering the Lancool K60 case. It should be here by the end of the week :-D Hopefully my current POS power supply has cables long enough to stretch up to the motherboard.... if not I'll be ordering my new psu a lot earlier than i expect to.... (for x-mas i'm hoping that the 285 drops in price - and after it goes down to 150ish in another year i'll pickup another one for sli :-p) Again - Thanks for everyone for the responses!

Yea, over the 690 which i *almost* had ordered (no e-tailor takes paypal buyer credit) I found it on ebay for 100 shipped (not too bad since everyone else was about the same to where I live). I'll post pictures later next week to show it off a tad (not that i've much to show off....)

back on topic: I ordered the case from an e-bay seller, and just got an e-mail from mwave.com saying they're the ones that the case is coming from. which works out for me because they are the ones i was going to buy it from anyways :-p I get an extra paycheck next month so I'll have a bit of money - I'm still looking around but I think I'll be getting a core 216 card (and hopefully nvidia price breaks with the release of the new ATI cards!). well that's the update for tonight - later all
