i have thought about doing this as well. you do know there is space for 3 25mm up top. A lot of people normally forget that.

Most people I see wanting red LED fans with this case opt for the Cooler Master R4's, I have seen quite a few posts with different members using that fan. Another option would be the Antec Tri Cools just really depends on what you are looking for. I decided against the LED fans coming from an Antec 900 and went with the high speed Yate Loon's for my case. I will be glad when my controller arrives though.

Red Yate Loons. I have 5 of them in UV Blue and 3 Solid Black. Amazing fans.

I don't recall ever seeing a Panaflo with led's unless its something you are willing to mod yourself. See here for a lineup of the different Panaflo's from Sidewinder. Also all the 120mm Panaflo fans are 38mm in depth, not 25mm. There aren't many high cfm quality fan options with red led's from the manufacturer. Sorry.

It also only takes two screws to slip the top panel off. And Yate Loons are great fans. They're some of the best 25mm fans.

I just left CompUSA and they got the same fans in green now. On the right case that would look pretty cool.
