I was planning to sleeve them all, except I think I'll have to re-wire the modular PCI-E cords because of the way they're designed...

What do you mean, because they are flat ribbon cables? I just split mine up.

Yea, what did you do about the heat wrap on the card-side of the cable? Just heat it off and than split? If it's that easy I'll have no problems at all, lol.

What's the best sleeving size for individual wires? I'll most likely order from FrozenCPU as I've had good dealings with them in the past.

I just sliced it down long ways then pulled really hard. Its glue lined so it will take some muscle but will come off.

As for sleeving, I used tech-flex from Performace-PC's (great shop by the way) but didn't like it, you can see all the color through it. I then used Nils' (aka dualbrain) sleeving. It is by far the best sleeving around made by his family and is well worth the money. I will not use anything else again! Also, his customer service is amazing. He is from Germany but ships worldwide and has a good selection of colors to choose from. Here are some links to his website where you can order from. The US distributor doesn't have all the colors he does though.

His website: MDPC-X.com
US Distibutor: MurderMod.com
