Once I finish the Solidworks model ill upload a pic on here.
Id give DD the model files and all if they gave me the prototype case for free to try out

Just little things im trying to fix but they add up IMO. Im also trying to fit more HDD mounts and add a spot for another 5.25" bay.

Heh, I am modding my torture rack for a hard drive bay as well. I am converting the left side into a vertical mount bay for 5 hard drives in the 5.25" space. I'll just run my optical drive externally.

Do any of you guys know of something like an external hard drive enclosure that is for 5.25" drives with an esata hookup? I know this is kind of an odd request, but my optical drive is Blu-ray/HD-DVD and I paid a lot for it, so I can't just go buy another cheap drive and I'd like to be able to use it. I know Thermaltake makes one for IDE drives with USB out, but I am looking for esata/sata interface.

5 HDD's is a bit much. Im sticking with the original 2. Im just positioning things differently so you dont loose function of another thing.

Like how you cannot mount a fan on the bottom left hole on the left side of the case because 2 of the screws would hit the mobo tray. Or if you mount HDDs on that side of the case you cannot use that same fans because the last hole for the HDD sticks out where the fan needs to be.

I have a plenty more mods that would make this case better in so many ways.
Once I post the model ill see who can spot the differences

Most of my cases are custom Danger Den ones.
First, rigs in my clinic.
Workstations:

Skulltrail server;

water-cooled Xbox.

My double-wide towers;

someone playing my rig at a LAN:

My American Flag build, was at the Nvidia booth at PAX 2009

I am the phatty dude with my wife and my friend Jeremy (CEO of Danger Den) setting up my rigs at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry (they were an exhibit there over the Summer).

My charity build currently up for auction:

I do have more Danger Den case at my house as well (at least five more).
