Well since you have them blowing in that screws up the airflow because heat rises so the heat from the video card and mobo is being pushed down and since there isnt a fan to suck that heat out you probably have poor airflow. Then again with watercooling you don't really need good airflow for the video card or anything else.

Well the air comes into the case from the rad and then straight out the exhaust fan on the back? That's what I assumed would happen and there's a fan at the front bringing cool air into the case.
__________________EDIT: Also Im currently using my Gigabyte mobo because the 680i I had doesn't work =[ so have to wait for new mobo and 2gb more of ram to come >_>
