Post CM 690 case mod and watercooling

This is going to be the thread for my build log, right now I have a pretty standard Coolermaster 690 case with watercooling but this is my plans.

- Paint the inside black
- make a side panel window
- Cut hole on the top of the case for the radiator to fit
- Install internal watercooling system
- Cut a hole behind mobo so i can mount cpu blocks easier

Specs will be:

- E5200 overclocked to 3.5ghz (maybe more)
- XFX 680i LT with watercooled cpu, NB&SB blocks
- 6GB Corsair RAM 800mhz (maybe overclock this aswell)
- 500GB HDD/80GB HDD
- XFX GTS250 1GB
- Windows 7 64bit (When I buy that)

I'll be posting pictures up as of the weekend when the work starts to take place

First picture as it is now:

Not the best but it shall improve

Looks great, the rubber you have on you're side panel does the plastic window go into the rubber or side behind it if you know what I mean?

I put the rubber edge on the side panel then i used double sided tape to hold the window to the other side of the side panel so no you only put the edge molding on the edge of the cut out.

you should do what i did with the radiator and have the fans inside of the case, it's better if they push through instead of pull or get another set of fans have a push/pull setup.

EDIT: I just realized you have a thick radiator so you can't have the fans inside lol. Very nice good exactly the same thing i did ahahha

Yeah Its really thick because I did try that but of course they wouldn't fit =[ so had to have them blowing in. I did try them pulling but didn't work aswell
