The fan on the side prevents the use of a good 120mm tower HSF. Doesn't look like there's a lot of space behind the mobo tray for cables. Build quality is questionable.

I used this case in a build couple weeks ago and was very impressed with it. For $70 after MIR is worth every penny.
__________________There is lots of room for cables between the side panel and mobo tray. A week after working on the Solano 1000 I worked on a LanCool PC-K62 and I can tell you that it was way easier to work on the Solano, way more room for wires. Also the case fans were really really quiet. Here are some pictures of the case and wire management.
