Default Case Delimma

I have come to a problem.

I currently have a Thermaltake Acer 2. Which looks like this

Only mine is NOT aluminum, and is made out of some sort of thick steel, or something, it's very heavy and I don't think very heat efficient. (even with it's ton of fans)

It's beginning to fall apart, the front door as long since broke off, I've lost all of the front panel spacers (for empty drive bays) The fans are going out, I've lost front USB / Sound connectivity. I want something abit quieter.

I just recently came across to older PCs, Both of which are the typical stain white / Beige colour.

Here they are

So whats your opinion? That Thermaltake seems pretty much unrepairable without buying new parts.. plus it's way to darn heavy

Which old case? The micro or the other? The other doesn't have exhaust fan which poses a problem
