Default HTPC Case descision Lian Li C37 vs C39?

Hey guys I'll keep it short for those pesky attention spans,
I'm in the process of doing my first HTPC build with the parts below and going for silent operation in the smallest case possible with plans of throwing on the best heatsinks for RAM, NB, SB, and Mosfet that will fit in the case without having to step up the size to try and combat the heat with as much passive cooling as possible. Going for below 14dBA if possible.

Model: PC-C37 Muse
Case Type: Desktop / HTPC
Dimensions: 435 x 94 x 378 mm (W x H x D)
Rear System Fan: 70mm Silm Fan Type (1500 RPM)

Model: PC-C39B
Case Type: Desktop / HTPC
Dimensions: 435 x 97 x 400mm (W, H, D)
Net Weight: 3.65kg
System Fan (Rear): 70mm Ball-bearing Fan x 2 (1500RPM)

Both are mATX, 1 5.25" bay, 2 3.5" bays (1 internal, 1 external), 4 low profile expansion slots, aluminum construction, black,

Build:
Motherboard: GA-E7AUM-DS2H
CPU: Core 2 Duo E7500
CPU Fan/Heatsink: Scythe Shuriken Rev.B
RAM: OCZ2RPR10664GK
SSD: OCZSSD2-1VTXT30G
TV Tuner: WinTV-HVR-2250
PSU: FSP300-60GNF
BD-ROM: iHOS104-08

There both essentially the same case. Have you decided on hardware yet?
If you want to go passive, I recommend a dual core. Probably AMD. Quads generate too much heat. Also your vid card will be your biggest heat generator. But you probably knew that. Their both nice cases. Either one will work just fine. I just don't find much difference between the 2.

Another suggestion: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811280012

Dang... it was $20-30 cheaper last week.

Manyak and I are using this case. The OEM is Ahanix. You can find an older version on eBay sold by ColorCases.

I'm good on hardware, the 9400GT GFX are integrated with the board so once I throw some additional heat dissipation on the NB I should be able to cover that. my main concern between the two cases are the height and airflow trade-off's. Where I like the looks and the efficiency of the C39, I want the lower ceiling, single fan setup, and cheaper price of the C37.
