Get a case that's not made of plastic and stamped steel.

+1 for the sniper, specially for all the filters, the fan and light controller and a more subtle look. I have had both for a while now and definitely prefer the Sniper.

OP, I own the sniper and the scout but i gotta tell ya i looked really, really hard at the 922 and its impressive. By what the reviews and peoples takes on the two case's since they are almost identacle and the only real difference is price, since i'm always looking to save some cabbage I would get the HAF 922.....Dang! did i say that out loud?

Anyway take that $50 savings and get a nice cooler or hdd.

The Sniper has the fan controller on it and the extra height from the top/bottom bezel pieces. Added bonus, the front fan filter is removable whereas the 922 it is not. Also mentioned before, there is a new Sniper Black Edition available so you don't have to paint it.

That being said, the 922 and Sniper have basically the same internals, both have LED switches for the fans and the optional side window panel fits both (with new screw holes drilled for the 922). If you want big handles on the top, their fan controller and a removable 200mm front filter the Sniper is nice. If you want a case that is a little shorter in height and don't mind the silver interior or will customize, the 922 is nice.

Both are nice cases - if Cooler Master gets their brains in check, they'll offer the 922 and 932's with an optional Black interior and win the hearts of a lot of people.
