Okay I get an idea of what you are trying to do.

Since your case is pretty much sitting flush on your desk, there would be no point in have those intake fans on the bottom. If you could find a way to raise you case up a bit, then those fans would help.

The fan that you have planned to put on top of your case by the CD drives wouldn't really do anything.

Apart from that fan, it looks like you have a pretty good idea where to place your fans.

You could probably buy feet or something like that from home-depot.

Just put filters on the bottom fans. They will be uber-dust magnets.

MNPC Tech also sell alsorts of feet the could raise the case about half and inch.

Yeah. Buy some feet and mount fans on the bottom. However, the fan above the drives won't do much.

I removed the fan above the drives since it could obstruct future disk drives and such

What about the other top fan near the PSU?
