Disassembling the antec 300 ?
About to paint...anyone tell me how to remove these guys:

Just use a drill to drill them out.
 A 4mm or thereabout sized drill bit would be appropriate.

You can use screws with thread similar to the ones for the side panels (your case may have come with extras) or get a rivet gun, like this:
