Default Looking for a Mid-tower case.

Hello, I've been looking around at cases for awhile now and I still cant seem to decide which one I want. I do have a case in mind but Its kinda big, and I kind of want a smaller frame case with enough room for everything I need. I do not want a plastic case unless it has a nicely painted exterior or its Carbon fiber or something along that line.

Guidelines:

- Under 200$
- I do not like the look of the Antec cases, so no go there.
- Easy cable management
- Would prefer PSU on bottom
- I like Aluminum cases
- Prefer hot swap drives
- Fit HD 5850 (had to mod my current case)
- Ive viewed the CM sniper and haf 922 and don't really care for them

The case I like is the ATCS 840, but I fear it will be too big. I used to own a CM wave master and kinda want something like that again, though with updated features like Cable management, hot swap drives, and decent airflow.

OH also, I read somewhere that CM was going to make a smaller version of the ATCS 840, is that true?

Thanks if you can help me!

Silverstone FT01, or the Lian Li PC-P50. Most of the good aluminum cases are full-tower.

Thanks for the responses. I looked at lian li's site and found one I kinda like.

Does anyone recommend this case? I'm kinda skeptic about brands I haven't seen up close In real life.

oh and also, I do not like the look of that plastic logo on the case, is it removable?

1) I Have never seen it in person, but it looks pretty awesome. :-)

2) Do not EVER doubt a Lian Li. lian li and silverstone are probably the two best case makers in the world. (other than custom stuff)

3) That is no plastic logo. :-P it is aluminum just like the rest of the case, but unfortunately it is not easily removed. they glue/solder them on and if you do pull them off there are two little alignment holes that are left behind.

If you don't want a Antec then get a HAF case. It has great airflow.

haha, did you look at the lian li the OP asked about? seems to me the OP wants something clean and professional looking, the haf is the complete opposite of that.

I understand it has good airflow, but I don't like the look of both the 932 and 922 HAF. lots of plastic on them too.... I like clean designed cases.

Thanks for the response again. Ill defiantly consider it. I searched the forums and found someone had posted the case with managed cables, it looks pretty nice. I still like the ATCS 840 though. CM has some nice features no doubt. I'm going to have to view both these cases in RL. Hope my local computer stores at least have one of them.

If anyone else wants to respond, I'm open to more choices.

EDIT: I just viewed the silverstone TJ09. It looks really nice. Edit 2: o **** its 270$ =/
