It has great airflow. Not as good as a Haf-932 or antec 1200, but it is close.

The case you have as #1 = amazing. I say go for ATCS 840

definitely a good buy

Overclocking is a relationship between you and the processor.
Both of you have to want to overclock in order for it to happen.
You can be all for it, but nothing's going to happen if the processor doesn't agree.
