Default Antec 902 and cpu cooler.
Would the CM hyper 212 cooler fit in the antec 902 with the side case fans?

The CPU cooler fits over the side case fans. My Xigmatek S1283 fits perfectly.

I know this might seem obvious but couldn't i turn the cpu cooler so it blow air out from the top? That way it would fit in the case with the side fan on.

If a Prolimatech megahalem which is bigger can fit then a hyper 212 can fit...that is all

Who said that can fit? Also do you need to remove the side case fan for it to fit? And lastly is there any reason why a person wouldn't just rotate the cpu cooler in an up and down direct rather than side to side (it would cause the side case fan to fit with basically any cooler)?

If the side fan is 25mm or shallower depth, then yes, but it does depend on orientation of the cooler, be it horizontal or vertical, and socket position. But yeah, it should fit, and I owned a 902 for a fair while, in fact, I was the first owner on OCN
