1. Options for cable management without having to cut holes yourself
2. Personally, I do not like 'tool-less'. I'd rather screw components in.
3. Can you hit the reset button without having to grab a ballpoint pin or something small to get to it? (HATE that)
4. See #3
5. Space for more fans? Or does it come with enough? 1 or 2 intake fans and 1 output is not enough.
6. Where is the hard drive bay/cage? Can you use those hard drive bays AND use a 10.5" (or larger now) video card

Good air flow, roomy, and looks. Honestly, if you can find a case that has good air flow, cable management, and is big enough to hold your stuff. That's all that really matters. That and it fits your taste. If your water cooling, that's a whole different set of criteria. To me, Cooler Master makes absolutely the best mid range cases. People can talk Lian Li all they want, but I take a CM any day.

1. First by far is easy radiator mounting, I'm not talking about those useless holes for tubing on the back, I mean a spot with room for 3x120mm fans right next to eachother. I'll give the case obscene bonus points if I can fit two or three in it.
2. Price. As nice as $350-500 cases are, I can't justify the cost.
3. Location of power switch. I keep my case on the floor and don't want to have to bend all the way over just to turn my computer on.
4. Cooling. I kind of like my case to be more than a box I put my hardware in to prevent my dog from eating it.
5. Looks. Useless things like doors, ridiculous color schemes, and oddly shaped windows should be excluded.
