Going by that image and looking at the dimensions I'd say it might reach, but factor in cable management and it definitely will not.
My Lian-Li is 620mm in height or 24.4 inches. The 900 is 19.4 inches in height and the haf932 is 21.5 inches. Unless that cable is over 2ft in length it will not reach because you still have to give it enough slack to plug it into the socket.
