To answer your question, no I would not trust them. Why? Because Coolermaster refused to replace two 230mm fans under warranty on my HAF after they just stopped working 6 months after I bought the case. I had proof of purchase date and everything. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and constantly put me on hold. I understand it's not a MIR, but the person representing the company made me not want to deal with them ever again.

Edit: Fans were $25 a pop.. I was not happy to say the least

Depends. If you write a really nasty review on Newegg, they'll cater to your every move.

I'm pretty sure you'll be fine.

My advice: be extremely organized with your paperwork and they shouldn't give you any troubles. I've always had all my paperwork organized, photocopied (for proof), and UPC code taped/stapled/paperclipped to the paperwork and haven't had any troubles (knock on wood).

@groundzero, I would bring that issue up again to someone else at CM and elevate the issue to ensure you get your warranty honored.

You just gotta pester them for a while. When I bought my HAF 932 from their store, I had the front 230mm fan missing. I called them for about 2 weeks, and eventually got a guy on the phone that would hear me out. He was pretty nice, and offered to also give me two extra 230mm fans for the trouble they caused me.

CM is getting their customer service a bit better every year. Just try and work things out with them.
