__________________Upon installation of the config drivers, nothing seems to work. Anyone else own a pair that could help me out?

Did you try downloading a new copy from the link?
Do you have administrative privledges? That's stopped me a few times, but not for long. What is the specific error it gives you? Have you called their Technical Support?
