Oh yeah, I've got nothing against this method, I'm just saying it is possible with 2 AA cells. Heres some pics of one I made a few months ago:

Yea I know, this is just an alternative method. I just wanted to use the materials I had, and I didn't have anything to connect AA's with, and I didn't have a circuit board. My method might not be the best, but I think it's the easiest to make.
