Default Logitech and Razer drivers?

I have been using a Copperhead for over a year now, and I wanted to adjust the dpi between 6,00, 1,000 and 1,600, but you can't with the Razer drivers. So I bought a G5 from Transonic for cheap and was wondering how bad it would be to have both drivers installed at the same time. I would prefer to keep my Copperhead drivers if possible, but I also want to make sure that I'm getting 100% from the mouse by not having any interference.

hey mootsfox, sup?

in my experience logitech gaming mice don't need drivers to work properly. If u had both installed @ the same time they might conflict. but if teh logitech is running on windows default tehy might not conflict. or possibly the opposite might happen, lol...

Sup DesertRat

I'm using the G5 now without any drivers, and both mice plugged in. The DPI changer works on both of them without drivers. However, with the G5 I was informed that I could change the DPI settings to ones I wanted.

Both mice work without the drivers...I might just try it and see how it works.

Well, I do believe in the Diamondback driver set there is an option to switch between 1600 and 1200 DPI..

You are asking for quite a specific option.

I want to be able to change the dpi between three custom settings. The Copperhead switches between 400, 800, 1600, 2000. I want a middle setting, since 800 is too low and 1600 is too high.

If you use Logitech Setpoint, you get the option of 5 custom-settable sensitivities on the mouse rather than the default 3.
