Default Which mouse?

Hey

My last mouse just gave out on me, literally 5 mins ago, so i'm looking for a new mouse to buy. I'm a heavy gamer and as such i'm looking for a gaming mouse

Now i'm putting in an order for the Logitech G15 keyboard, and i'm really tossing up between the Logitech G5 or the G9. My last mouse was a MX700 (wireless) and even though it did damn well for 3 or 4 years, i don't want another wireless mouse

The G5 over here in aus (2007 edition) is $99 and the G9 is $125, so not much difference in price so really just looking for testimonies from people who have used the G9, i read that its a bit "short" compared to other mice and thus feels weird with the back of your hand hanging off in mid air, is that really an issue?

Anywho, thanks in advance, hopefully i can order today and ya'll can help me make up my mind

I personally would buy a G5. I never used a G9, but I can't see it being comfortable at all. I'm probably going to get a G5 this christmas because my mx518 might be dying.
