i'm having a very strange problem with my habu mouse and 360 wireless gaming receiver. sometimes when i turn on my computer, my mouse won't respond and the 360 wireless controller won't connect, this seems to be completely random. but if one works, so does the other.
when i looked in device manager (with out the controller connected) under human interface devices there are 6 drivers (4 are for my reclusa keboard) one says "habu mouse" and one "usb human interface device" if i connect the controller i allso get "usb comlient game controller" and another "usb human interface device" both of these "usb HID's" have the same driver 6.0.6000.16386 so i'm thinking maybe windows is sometimes getting the two devices confused.
allso if i ever unplug the receiver and plug back in again i have to re-install the mouse (which requires a restore to before the mouse was intalled!) and if i install the receiver after the the mouse, same story.

btw; i'm using the latest habu drivers (they were allready on the driver disc)
and i've tried a bunch of drivers for the 360 wireless gaming receiver, currently using the latest drivers. the os is vista premium 32bit (upto date).
if anyone can think of a solution to this problem it would be much appreciated

The Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller Driver 1.1 WHQL will fix your problem. After install if it looks French just hit hit Xbox 360 button in the middle of the controller and this will bring up and update screen for you to update, or right click on taskbar to update. After update it will automatically update to English. Driver is so awesome it actually adds button functionality to that middle button with assignments to each and wireless monitoring ie battery life. Anyone else want there middle button to work. Download this driver you'll love it.

unfortunately that didn't work, but thanks for the reply
had to do a system restore again, this is strange, might try re-format
