hmm...well im right handed, medium fingers, and light pressure. is the deathadder really worth the $20 more than the MX518??

Do you like light mice or heavy ones? Do you need 3+ buttons? Do you want extreme accuracy? What shape do you prefer?

In that range I'd suggest anything from the Razer range, the Microsoft Habu or the Logitech G5.

Also, try and get a SteelSeries Ikari cheap because it's the best mouse I've ever used.

Edit: If you like light pressure, look at the Razer Krait. Extremely nimble mouse.

yeah the Kriat looks really nice and for only $35 i might have to get it over the MX518
