Neither is better. If you can, try to use both of them. BB had both on display where I live. So check down there.

I think the lachesis feels weird in the hand I returned mine plus you don't need that much speed it flys a cross the screen so fast you got to turn down the settings I love the G9 its just like great almost everything about it well IMO anyway...

I like my Lachesis a lot. I also really like my Brother's G9. The shape of the Lachesis does take a bit of getting used to. I don't think you can go wrong either way.

I had one of those mouse's they felt so great and I didn't really see any problem using for gaming though all gamers told me it was "FAIL" I thought it was a nice mouse

Seconded. Great mouse, more comfortable than the Logitech ones, and not awkward like the Lachesis. I love mine, it is an amazing mouse! Also, you should go to BB, they have the MX518, Lachesis, Death Adder, and the MX Revolution at mine. Try them out and see what you like most.

Both feel wierd in your hand but the Lachesis less so. I'd say go for a Habu or a Death Adder.
