I know absolutely nothing about digital cameras. The one thing I do know is that you can't find a camera with this many MPs for so cheap. Soooo? Is it good? Worth the money? Thanks, -Sawx

I think 8.2 is about average, its a decent price on it though. Other places had it for $100+

Yeah new that camera is about 99 bucks ( at least thats what we sell it for @ staples) so 64.99 shipped is a good price for a decent camera.

we actually sell that camera at work for £59.99, so thats like double the price of that site because of the exchange rates..anyhoo yea its a decent camera, nothing professional or anything, but its decent..2.4" screen, 8 MP, 3 x optical zoom, can record video at 15fps, but needs an external MMC or SD card as internal mem is only 16mb..for the price id go for it.

If you can get 8mp for $99 at staples can you get like a 4mp or 6mp anywhere for $50? I don't really need more than 4mp. My LCD's resolution is only 1680 x 1050.

The refurbished bit worries me! Just remember that you get what you pay for. If a reconditioned camera is what you want then I suppose it may be ok, however you'll need to see it's images.
