recommend me a webcam
hey there ocn'ers.
I have no knowledge of webcams. I just need to find one that's pretty decent and cheap. It's for my friends family because he's going away for college. He's looking into a $20-$40 price range. Myself and a couple of friends MIGHT be using the same webcam. He's looking to purchase one today. so fast help would be appreciated.
